Mission Statement:
To provide one-on-one therapy with an emphasis on not just treating the symptoms, but correcting the underlying cause of the problem, while incorporating education to understand the problem and prevent future injury. To provide an environment for people to use that encourages wellness and prevention. I believe movement is an outcome of strength, flexibility, and tissue mobility. These components must be addressed to experience normal movement.
